UNTIL ALL IS KNOWN, OUR STANCE IS FIRM

We are writing this in response to multiple requests we have received asking for specific individuals and businesses to be removed from the site.

This website will not remove the names of GOD members or affiliated businesses at this time—and the reason is straightforward.

The current/ongoing lawsuit identifies FIVE unnamed individuals (Does 5–9) described as “church members and leaders who participated in the sex trafficking conspiracy and/or enabled clergy abuse,” along with TEN unnamed entities (Does 10–20) described as “nonprofit and for-profit corporations used by Defendants in furtherance of the sex trafficking conspiracy.”

Until these defendants are fully identified, removing names from this site would be premature and potentially harmful.

We cannot, in good conscience, remove individuals or organizations while key facts remain undisclosed. Doing so could obscure connections, limit accountability, and create further risk for existing and future victims.

It may be tempting to assume that, with Gregg gone, the remaining members of GOD can simply move forward. But the direct testimony of the three women who have come forward makes clear that this was not the work of one individual alone. There are additional complicit parties whose identities have not yet been made public.

Those who have truly exited the organization have an opportunity to come forward, publicly condemn it, and distance themselves from its actions. In doing so, they can help clarify their position and begin to separate their names from the conduct described in the lawsuit.

If this case proceeds to a jury trial, the discovery process is expected to bring more of these identities to light. However, if the Jane Doe plaintiffs settle outside of court, the full scope of those allegedly involved may never be publicly known.

Innocent parties should welcome and encourage this case to move into the discovery phase, where facts are examined under oath and evidence is brought forward. Transparency is the surest path to accountability. Conversely, efforts to pressure or encourage victims to settle outside of court—thereby preventing a full public accounting—raise serious concerns and should be viewed with skepticism.

For these reasons, we will continue to document and preserve information.

We remain committed to vigilance and transparency—because the truth matters, and because it is owed to every victim, both known and yet to be known.
