First of all, you are doing amazing things exposing this cult. I have never been involved with G.O.D but I live in the neighborhood.

I am doing my own research after observing odd things and hearing rumors, but has anyone looked into who actually owns the property in the neighborhood?

There are several parcels under O.I.C and I recognize several names who are affiliated with the school or organization. It’s set up as a not for profit homeowners association, which I assume makes those tax exempt. The houses may be owned by someone, but they do not own the property. Sold Hermitage Properties,LLC appears to be owned by Gregg Garner, after being transferred from GJXMI Group, which was Gregg Garner. You can search parcel ID 06312006800, for example.
