The next scheduled ĉ̛̽͗ơ̇̀̔ư̄̔͗̽r҇̓̍t̉̑̾̈́͠ d͑͋͞a̛̿́͒̑t̛́̊̉́͛e҇̀̏͋̃̎ for Gregg and Tara is a “discussion” on 5.27.21. This is common of a not g̴u̶i̴l̸t̷y̸ plea. It allows Gregg's team to gather and review the evidence against him. There will likely be "discussions" every month or two for some time. This could drag on for a year or two. Discussions are where the attorneys meet to clarify things in the e̸v̶i̸d̶e̴n̶c̵e̴. At any point, based on the evidence, they could enter into a settlement with the State just to get it behind them. They could also choose to f̷i̵g̷h̶t̶ it for years.
